Botanical Pitcher

A tall, cylindrical glazed pitcher in a warm chalk-white, with a circular loop handle and loose cobalt brushstrokes on the body detailing "Fyllaraki" motifs - a stem and frond pattern applied freehand in a single sweep using a traditional sheep's wool brush. Perfect decorated with fresh or dried flowers, or as a statement piece that brings Aegean blue and white into a room. Handmade by artisan ceramicists in Crete using traditional glazing methods.

As with all handmade ceramics, slight variations in form, glaze colour, and surface finish are an inherent part of the process - no two pieces leave the kiln the same, and these marks of the maker's hand are what make each piece its own.
